1. Dispositions générales

• 1.1. L'organisateur et le sponsor des prix de "Rush for Profits" est Tifia Markets Limited.
• 1.2. L'organisateur publiera des informations complètes et actualisées sur les conditions et le règlement du concours Rush for Profits sur la page du concours sur son site web officiel.
• 1.3. En s'inscrivant au concours "Rush for Profits", les participants confirment automatiquement qu'ils ont lu et accepté les présentes conditions générales. Les conditions générales sont réputées acceptées au moment de l'inscription au concours.
• 1.4. Les personnes majeures qui sont citoyens de Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Nigeria, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines, et qui sont clients de Tifia Markets Limited, peuvent participer au concours.
• 1.5. Les gagnants du concours seront identifiés sur la base de la rentabilité des transactions du participant au concours.
• 1.6. The prize fund of the Rush for Profits contest is $13,750 distributed among the participants as follows:
  
  • 1st place: $1000 is awarded to the trader with the highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see the section 3.5 for details).
  • 2d place: $500 is awarded to the trader with the second highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see section 3.5 for details).
  • 3d place: $250 is awarded to the trader with the third highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see section 3.5 for details).
• 1.7. Tifia Markets Limited a le droit de modifier les présentes conditions générales du concours à tout moment et sans préavis.
• 1.8. Les litiges survenant pendant la période du concours seront résolus sur la base des présentes conditions générales et des principaux documents réglementaires de Tifia Markets Limited. Les situations non décrites par les présentes conditions générales peuvent être résolues par négociation, la décision finale sur tout litige étant prise par l'organisateur du concours Rush for Profits.
• 1.9. Tifia Markets Limited se réserve le droit d'utiliser les informations relatives aux comptes de prix à des fins promotionnelles et de les publier dans toutes les sources. Les gagnants du concours sont invités à participer à des événements promotionnels et marketing organisés par l'organisateur et ses partenaires, tels que des interviews, des reportages photo et vidéo et des communiqués de presse sur le concours. L'organisateur s'engage à ne pas diffuser les données personnelles des gagnants sans leur consentement. Si le gagnant refuse de participer à ces événements et de fournir ses données personnelles à des fins promotionnelles, l'organisateur a le droit de modifier la liste des gagnants et de remettre le prix au participant qui a pris la place suivante dans le classement.

2. Règles d'inscription

• 2.1. Rush for Profits contest is held from 00:00:01 March 1, 2020 to 23:59:59 December 30, 2020. Registration in the contest is open from 00:00:01 February 21, 2020 to 23:59:59 November 30, 2020 (hereinafter the time is the Tifia trading server time shown in the terminal).
  Registration for the next trading period begins after the end of the previous one. The schedule of trading periods is indicated in clause 3.1.
• 2.2. Pour participer au concours, le trader doit disposer d'un profil de client enregistré auprès de Tifia Markets Limited. Si vous n'avez pas de profil chez Tifia, inscrivez-vous d'abord puis enregistrez-vous au concours.
• 2.3. Une même personne ne peut s'inscrire et participer qu'une seule fois à la même période de trading du concours.
• 2.4. Seuls les clients de Tifia Markets Limited dont le profil est entièrement vérifié peuvent s'inscrire au concours. Avant d'inscrire son compte au concours, un client doit vérifier son adresse électronique, son numéro de téléphone, son identité et son adresse.
• 2.5. To participate in the Rush for Profits contest, you must fill in the registration form on the contest page:
  
  • enter your email (login from your Tifia client profile);
  • enter your Nickname which will be displayed in the ranking;
  • choose one type of MT4 trading account: Classic, ECN Pro or Start;
  • choose a leverage value for opening a contest trading account.
• 2.6. After sending the data via the registration form, a new contest trading account will be created for you to take part in the nearest trading period.
• 2.7. Requirements for contest trading accounts:

• 2.8. Between the moment of the account registration in the contest and the nearest start of a trading period, the participant must make an entry deposit of $200 or more (or an equivalent amount in another currency). Internal transfers between accounts cannot be accepted as an entry deposit. The participants who have made entry deposits are marked as "Active" in the ranking.

3. Règles de participation

• 3.1. The «Rush for Profits» contest is divided into 10 consecutive trading contest periods. Trading periods take place every month, from the first business day of each month at 00:00:01 till the last business day of the month at 23:59:59, according to the server time GMT +2 indicated on the Tifia trading terminal.
  Schedule of the contest trading periods:
  • 1st trading period – March: from 00:00:00 02.03.2020 to 23:59:59 31.03.2020;
  • 2nd trading period – April: from 00:00:00 01.04.2020 to 23:59:59 30.04.2020;
  • 3d trading period – May: from 00:00:00 01.05.2020 to 23:59:59 29.05.2020;
  • 4th trading period – June: from 00:00:00 01.06.2020 to 23:59:59 30.06.2020;
  • 5th trading period – July: from 00:00:00 01.07.2020 to 23:59:59 31.07.2020;
  • 6th trading period – August: from 00:00:00 03.08.2020 to 23:59:59 31.08.2020;
  • 7th trading period – September: from 00:00:00 01.09.2020 to 23:59:59 30.09.2020;
  • 8th trading period – October: from 00:00:00 01.10.2020 to 23:59:59 30.10.2020;
  • 9th trading period – November: from 00:00:00 02.11.2020 to 23:59:59 30.11.2020;
  • 10th trading period – December: from 00:00:00 01.12.2020 to 23:59:59 30.12.2020;
• 3.2. A participant cannot trade in a contest account before the nearest trading period begins.
• 3.3. If the participant has not made an entry deposit into his/her contest account before the start of the nearest trading period, trading remains blocked and the participant will not be able to participate in the trading period.
• 3.4. Each registered participant must start trading on a contest account on the day the nearest trading period starts, provided that he/she registered and made an entry deposit earlier.
• 3.5. There are withdrawal restrictions applied to participants' accounts:
  
  • Withdrawals of funds or internal transfers from the contest account are prohibited during a trading period.
  • Once your trading period is over, you will be able to withdraw the entry deposit and profits without any restrictions.
  • In case a participant withdraws funds from a contest account during the trading period, the account will be removed from the list of contest participants.

4. Determination of Winners

• 4.1. A participant must show maximum profitability and non-stop trading to win a contest trading period.
  The profitability of participants in each trading period is calculated using the following formula:
  (Current_Equity - Deposits_Sum) / Deposits_Sum * 100%
  * The start and end dates of the contest trading periods are listed in clause 3.1.

• 4.2. The winners of each trading period are identified as follows:
  
  • The first tree participants with the highest profitability result among all participants in a respective trading period (from the start to the end of the trading period).
  • A participant can be recognized as a winner only if he or she traded actively on a contest account during a trading period (at least 5 trades per week).
  • A participant can be recognized as a winner only if he or she made a trading volume in the amount of not less than 2.5% of the summary deposit amount.
    For example, your total deposit in contest account is $1000 during one trading period. You need to trade at least 2.5% of the size of the summary deposit calculated in lots which makes it 25 lots.

• 4.3. If none of the participants has made profits by the end of a current trading period, no winners will be determined for a given contest month. In this case, the prize will be reserved for the next trading period and added to its prize fund. Thus, the winner of the next contest trading period will get a double prize.
• 4.4. Prizes will be credited to the winners' trading accounts as real money within 15 business days after the end of the contest and verification to confirm that all the conditions of the contest have been met on the winners' accounts. The company reserves the right to request additional identification data when verifying compliance with the contest conditions. The prize funds credited to the accounts may be used in trading or withdrawn without restriction.
  Please keep in mind that:
  • each participant can compete for the prize in the each trading period until he/she wins;
  • a participant who won one of the trading periods cannot win again.
• 4.5. If two participants qualify for the same prize, preference will be given to the participant with a larger total volume of trades made during the contest period.
• 4.6. L'organisateur a le droit de disqualifier un participant, de refuser la participation au concours ou de refuser de payer un prix sans explication. Les violations suivantes peuvent en être la cause :
  
  • violation des présentes conditions du concours ou de toute disposition des principaux documents réglementaires de l'entreprise ;
  • suspicion d'activités frauduleuses dans le but de gagner le prix ;
  • suspicion d'enregistrement de plusieurs profils de clients par une même personne et/ou enregistrement de plusieurs comptes de trading pour la participation au concours;
  • données personnelles incorrectes indiquées dans le profil du client et/ou l'absence de vérification complète du profil;
  • l'utilisation des défaillances dans le flux des cotations afin d'obtenir des bénéfices garantis ;
  • aucune activité de négociation sur le compte du participant pendant 5 jours consécutifs au cours de la période de négociation à laquelle il participe ;
  • immitation de trades en utilisant des positions vérouillées sur le compte du concours;
  • ouverture de positions opposées de volume approximativement égal et en même temps sur différents comptes de trading appartenant à la même personne.
