Rush for Profits Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

• 1.1. The organizer and sponsor of the Rush for Profits prize fund is Tifia Markets Limited.
• 1.2. The organizer shall post full updated information about the conditions and rules of the Rush for Profits contest on its official website contest page.
• 1.3. By registering in the Rush for Profits contest the participants automatically confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted at the moment of registration in the contest.
• 1.4. Individuals of the full legal age who are citizens of Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Nigeria, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines, and who are Tifia Markets Limited clients, are eligible to participate in the contest.
• 1.5. The winners of the contest will be identified based on the profitability of the participant’s trading in the contest.
• 1.6. The prize fund of the Rush for Profits contest is $13,750 distributed among the participants as follows:
  
  • 1st place: $1000 is awarded to the trader with the highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see the section 3.5 for details).
  • 2d place: $500 is awarded to the trader with the second highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see section 3.5 for details).
  • 3d place: $250 is awarded to the trader with the third highest positive profitability in each contest trading period (see section 3.5 for details).
• 1.7. Tifia Markets Limited has the right to alter these terms and conditions of the contest at any time without any special notice.
• 1.8. Disputes arising during the contest period shall be resolved based on these terms and the conditions of the main regulatory documents of Tifia Markets Limited. Situations not described by these terms and conditions can be resolved by means of negotiation. At the same time, the final decision on any dispute shall be made by the Organizer of the Rush for Profits contest.
• 1.9. Tifia Markets Limited reserves the right to use information related to prize accounts for promotional purposes and publish it in any sources. The contest winners are invited to participate in promotional and marketing events held by the organizer and its partners, such as interviews, photo and video reports and press releases about the contest. The organizer undertakes not to distribute personal data of the winners without their consent. In case the winner refuses to participate in these events and provide their personal data for promotional purposes, the organizer has the right to change the list of winners and give the prize to the participant who took the next place in the ranking.

2. Registration Rules

• 2.1. Rush for Profits contest is held from 00:00:01 March 1, 2020 to 23:59:59 December 30, 2020. Registration in the contest is open from 00:00:01 February 21, 2020 to 23:59:59 November 30, 2020 (hereinafter the time is the Tifia trading server time shown in the terminal).
  Registration for the next trading period begins after the end of the previous one. The schedule of trading periods is indicated in clause 3.1.
• 2.2. To participate in the contest, the trader must have a registered Client's Profile with Tifia Markets Limited. If you do not have a profile with Tifia, sign up first and then register in the contest.
• 2.3. One individual can register and participate in the same contest trading period only once.
• 2.4. Only Tifia Markets Limited clients whose profiles are fully verified are eligible to register for the contest. Before registering his/her account in the contest, a client needs to verify his/her email, phone number, identity and address.
• 2.5. To participate in the Rush for Profits contest, you must fill in the registration form on the contest page:
  
  • enter your email (login from your Tifia client profile);
  • enter your Nickname which will be displayed in the ranking;
  • choose one type of MT4 trading account: ECN Classic, ECN Pro or Start;
  • choose a leverage value for opening a contest trading account.
• 2.6. After sending the data via the registration form, a new contest trading account will be created for you to take part in the nearest trading period.
• 2.7. Requirements for contest trading accounts:
  • Contest account base currency is USD.
  • Contest accounts cannot participate in the SocialTrading system.
  • Contest accounts cannot participate in bonus promotions by Tifia. Trades are carried out only using the client’s own funds.
• 2.8. Between the moment of the account registration in the contest and the nearest start of a trading period, the participant must make an entry deposit of $200 or more (or an equivalent amount in another currency). Internal transfers between accounts cannot be accepted as an entry deposit. The participants who have made entry deposits are marked as active in the ranking.

3. Participation Rules

• 3.1. The Rush for Profits contest is divided into 10 consecutive trading contest periods. Trading periods take place every month, from the first business day of each month at 00:00:01 till the last business day of the month at 23:59:59, according to the server time GMT +2 indicated on the Tifia trading terminal.
  Schedule of the contest trading periods:
  • 1st trading period – March: from 00:00:00 02.03.2020 to 23:59:59 31.03.2020;
  • 2nd trading period – April: from 00:00:00 01.04.2020 to 23:59:59 30.04.2020;
  • 3d trading period – May: from 00:00:00 01.05.2020 to 23:59:59 29.05.2020;
  • 4th trading period – June: from 00:00:00 01.06.2020 to 23:59:59 30.06.2020;
  • 5th trading period – July: from 00:00:00 01.07.2020 to 23:59:59 31.07.2020;
  • 6th trading period – August: from 00:00:00 03.08.2020 to 23:59:59 31.08.2020;
  • 7th trading period – September: from 00:00:00 01.09.2020 to 23:59:59 30.09.2020;
  • 8th trading period – October: from 00:00:00 01.10.2020 to 23:59:59 30.10.2020;
  • 9th trading period – November: from 00:00:00 02.11.2020 to 23:59:59 30.11.2020;
  • 10th trading period – December: from 00:00:00 01.12.2020 to 23:59:59 30.12.2020;
• 3.2. A participant cannot trade in a contest account before the nearest trading period begins.
• 3.3. If the participant has not made an entry deposit into his/her contest account before the start of the nearest trading period, trading remains blocked and the participant will not be able to participate in the trading period.
• 3.4. Each registered participant must start trading on a contest account on the day the nearest trading period starts, provided that he/she registered and made an entry deposit earlier.
• 3.5. There are withdrawal restrictions applied to participants' accounts:
  
  • Withdrawals of funds or internal transfers from the contest account are prohibited during a trading period.
  • Once your trading period is over, you will be able to withdraw the entry deposit and profits without any restrictions.
  • In case a participant withdraws funds from a contest account during the trading period, the account will be removed from the list of contest participants.

4. Determination of Winners

• 4.1. A participant must show maximum profitability and non-stop trading to win a contest trading period.
  The profitability of participants in each trading period is calculated using the following formula:
  (Current_Equity - Deposits_Sum) / Deposits_Sum * 100%
  * The start and end dates of the contest trading periods are listed in clause 3.1.
  ** The ranking is updated according to the formula every 1 h.
• 4.2. The winners of each trading period are identified as follows:
  
  • The first tree participants with the highest profitability result among all participants in a respective trading period (from the start to the end of the trading period).
  • A participant can be recognized as a winner only if he or she traded actively on a contest account during a trading period (at least 5 trades per week).
  • A participant can be recognized as a winner only if he or she traded a volume of no less than 2.5%* of the summary deposit amount.
    For example, your total deposit in the contest account is $1,000 during one trading period. You need to trade at least 2.5% of the summary deposit calculated in lots, which makes 25 lots.
    * The volume is 10 times more for START accounts.
• 4.3. If none of the participants has made profits by the end of a current trading period, no winners will be determined for a given contest month. In this case, the prize will be reserved for the next trading period and added to its prize fund. Thus, the winner of the next contest trading period will get a double prize.
• 4.4. Prizes will be credited to the winners' trading accounts as real money within 15 business days after the end of the contest and verification to confirm that all the conditions of the contest have been met on the winners' accounts. The company reserves the right to request additional identification data when verifying compliance with the contest conditions. The prize funds credited to the accounts may be used in trading or withdrawn without restriction.
  Please keep in mind that:
  • each participant can compete for the prize in the each trading period until he/she wins;
  • a participant who won one of the trading periods cannot win again.
• 4.5. If two participants qualify for the same prize, preference will be given to the participant with a larger total volume of trades made during the contest period.
• 4.6. The organizer has the right to disqualify a participant, refuse participation in the contest or refuse to pay a prize without explanation. The following violations may be the reasons:
  
  • violation of these contest conditions or any provisions of the main regulatory documents of the company;
  • suspicion of fraudulent activities with the aim of winning the prize;
  • suspicion of registration of several client profiles by one individual and/or registration of several trading accounts for participation in the contest;
  • incorrect personal data indicated in the client profile and/or the absence of full profile verification;
  • use of failures in the quotation flow in order to get guaranteed profits;
  • no trading activity on the account of the participant for 5 days in a row during the trading period he/she is participating in;
  • imitation of trade using locked positions on the contest account;
  • opening of opposite positions of equal volume approximately and at the same time approximately on different trading accounts belonging to the same individual.
