Conditions générales du concours Tifia Lucky Draw

1. Dispositions générales

• 1.1. L'organisateur et le sponsor du fonds de prix du Tifia Lucky Draw est Tifia Markets Limited.
• 1.2. Les prix de l'événement Tifia Lucky Draw sont :
  1st prize: Toyota Camry
  2nd and 3d prizes: two GPX Demon GR 150 motorcycles
  4th and 5th prizes: two Yamaha NMAX motorcycles
  6th and 7th prizes: two Asus ZenBook Duo laptops
  8th and 9th prizes: two Samsung S10+ smartphones
  
• 1.3. Organizer shall post full updated information about the conditions and rules of the Tifia Lucky Draw promotion on its official website contest page.
• 1.4. Individuals of legal age of majority who are citizens of Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and the Philippines, and who are Tifia Markets Limited clients, are eligible to participate in the promotion.
• 1.5. Tifia Markets Limited a le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions ou d'annuler cette promotion à tout moment sans préavis particulier.
• 1.6. Tifia Markets Limited se réserve le droit d'utiliser les informations relatives aux gagnants à des fins promotionnelles et de les publier dans toutes les sources. Les gagnants de la promotion sont invités à participer à des événements promotionnels et de marketing organisés par l'organisateur et ses partenaires, tels que des interviews, des reportages photo et vidéo et des communiqués de presse sur la promotion.
• 1.7. En participant à la promotion, un participant accepte pleinement ses conditions et règles.
• 1.8. Disputes arising during the promotion period shall be resolved based on these terms and conditions of the main regulatory documents of Tifia Markets Limited. Situations not described by these terms and conditions can be resolved by negotiation, with the final decision on any dispute made by the Organizer of the "Tifia Lucky Draw" promotion.

2. Règles de participation

• 2.1. Tifia Lucky Draw promotion is held from 00:00:01 March 9, 2020 to 23:59:59 January 15, 2021 server time (displayed in the Tifia trading terminal).
• 2.2. Registration in the promotion is automatic, all meeting the conditions of clauses 1.4 and 2.3 are eligible to participate.
• 2.3. Participants in the promotion are clients who have made a single transaction deposit to their START (MICRO) or CLASSIC or ECN PRO trading account with Tifia in the amount of 500 USD (or equivalent in another currency) or more during the promotion period.
• 2.4. Each participant’s deposit in the amount of $500 is assigned a lucky ticket with a unique number. The amount of lucky tickets for each participant is unlimited.
  Exemple :
  The client has deposited 3,000 USD to their trading account during the promotional period, so they will get 6 lucky tickets that will participate in the prize draw after activation. This client’s chances of getting a prize are 6 times higher than those of a participant with one deposit of 500 USD.
• 2.5. Only activated lucky tickets will participate in the final prize draw.
• 2.6. To activate one lucky ticket, you need to trade 20 lots on your account after making a deposit during the promotion period.
  Exemple :
  The client has deposited 3,000 USD to the trading account during the promotional period, so they will get 6 lucky tickets that will participate in the prize draw after activation. After that, they traded 106 lots on this account before the end of the promotion. Therefore, 5 tickets will be activated and eligible to participate in the final prize draw.
• 2.7. The status of lucky tickets is checked automatically by the system once a day.
• 2.8. The traded lots required to activate lucky tickets are calculated according to the following conditions:
  • 2.8.1. The size of one trading lot is 100,000 USD.
    * Veuillez noter que pour les comptes START, un lot de trading est 10 fois plus important que celui spécifié dans leur spécification standard.
  • 2.8.2 Lors du calcul du volume de trading, seuls les groupes d'instruments Forex suivants sont pris en compte : Forex Majeur, Forex Croisé, Forex Mineur.
  • 2.8.3 Lors du calcul du volume de trading, seul le volume tradé avec les fonds propres du client est pris en compte. Le montant tradé avec des fonds bonus n'est pas pris en compte dans le calcul.
  • 2.8.4 Lors du calcul du volume de trading, les ordres supprimés ou en attente ne sont pas pris en compte.
  • 2.8.5 Lors du calcul du volume de trading, les positions bloquées ne sont pas prises en compte.
• 2.9. Les participants peuvent faire appel à des conseillers et à des stratégies de trading sans restriction. Les conditions applicables aux comptes de participation sont les même que les conditions générales de l'entreprise Tifia "Contrat Client" et "Conditions générales de vente".

3. Règlement du tirage au sort

• 3.1. The prize draw in the form of lottery will be held at the gala dinner, which will be organized within 2 months after the end of the competition. All participants will be invited to the gala event. The winners will be determined as follows:
  
  • 3.1.1. All activated promotion tickets will be dropped into the lottery drum and three of them will be extracted in order. The owners of these tickets will receive prizes in order from the first to the third.
  • 3.1.2. Each winner has the right to receive only one prize. If during the draw, a lucky ticket of the participant who has already received the prize is drawn, the procedure will be repeated.
  • 3.1.3. If the winner is not present at the gala dinner, they will be contacted by telephone immediately after their lucky ticket is drawn. If this participant does not answer the call or their phone is unavailable, the drawing procedure will be repeated.
• 3.2. Only fully verified participants meeting the conditions of clauses 1.4, 2.3 and 2.5 will be eligible to participate in the lottery.
• 3.3. The date and venue of the final draw will be communicated to all participants one month in advance.
• 3.4. Les fonctionnaires et employés de Tifia, ainsi que leurs proches, ne peuvent pas participer à cette promotion.
• 3.5. Tifia a le droit de demander des informations d'identification supplémentaires aux participants et aux gagnants.
• 3.6. Tous les prix sont des objets tangibles et ne peuvent être échangés contre d'autres articles, des services ou de l'argent.
• 3.7. Tifia ne fournit pas d'assistance technique ou d'assurances pour les prix et n'est pas responsable des problèmes liés à l'état du prix ou à son transport.
• 3.8. Tifia n'est pas responsable du paiement des taxes/frais d'enregistrement de la voiture et de la moto, ni des taxes environnementales.
• 3.9. L'organisateur a le droit de disqualifier un participant du tirage au sort sans explication. Les raisons peuvent inclure les violations suivantes :
  
  • - la violation des présentes conditions de la promotion ou de toute disposition des principaux documents réglementaires de l'entreprise
  • - suspicion d'activités frauduleuses dans le but de remporter le concours;
  • - suspicion d'enregistrement de plusieurs profils de clients par une même personne;
  • - données personnelles incorrectes indiquées dans le profil du client et/ou l'absence de vérification complète du profil;
  • - l'utilisation de défaillances dans le flux de cotation afin d'obtenir un profit garanti;
  • - aucune activité de trading sur le compte du participant pendant 30 jours durant la période de promotion.
