1. General terms

• 1.1. The organizer of the “Ferrari from Tifia” Promotion (hereinafter - the Promotion) is Tifia Markets Limited with registered address at G , registration number 40209, hereinafter referred to as Tifia, the Company, or the Promoter.
• 1.2. Full list of the Company's Partners with addresses has been posted by the Organizer on www.tifia.com. The Company's Partners are the Company's Information Partners within the Promotion and may also be Prize Operators for the Promotion.
• 1.3. The promotion is held from 00:00:01, 01.01.2018 (the start date of the Promotion) to 00:00:01, 31.12.2018 (the end date of the Promotion) - the Promotion Period (GMT+3 time, as seen in the trading platform).
• 1.4. The complete information concerning the conditions (rules) of the Promotion has been posted by the Organizer on the promotion page {url}
• 1.5. The prize fund of this Promotion is formed from the Organizer's own funds. The prize fund of this Promotion is not formed by the sale of tickets or otherwise at the expense of the Participants' funds.
• 1.6. Within this Promotion, a Ferrari 488 GTB is raffled off.

2. Participation conditions

• 2.1. Persons eligible to participate in the Promotion are non-citizens of the United States, the EU, Japan, Canada, Israel, Belgium, Japan, and the Republic of Vanuatu who are Clients of Tifia Markets Limited (hereinafter referred to as Clients, Participants of the Promotion) and meet the following conditions:
  • 2.1.1. The Client has registered a personal cabinet on the Company's website - the Client’s personalized information space on the Company's website, which is in private access and provides the opportunity to use the Company's services. Login to the Client’s personal cabinet can be performed after registration on the Company's website and the authorization procedure.
  • 2.1.2. The Client has deposited funds to his/her trading accounts START (Micro), ECN Classic or ECN PRO (excluding deposits by transferring funds from other trading accounts opened with the Company, by preliminary (from December 29, 2017) funds withdrawals from any accounts opened with the Company, including profits) during the Promotion period in one transaction in the amount of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars).
• 2.2. The crediting of coupons for deposits made from 01.01.2018 by the Clients within the Promotion is performed automatically and is controlled by our system.
  • 2.2.1. After making a deposit to the trading account in one transaction in the amount of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars), a notification of participation in the Promotion as well as the number of coupons assigned to it will be sent to the e-mail address of the Client of the Company specified during registration.
  • 2.2.2. During the period of the Promotion, the Participant can track the number of coupons on all of his/her trading accounts, their numbers and status (Active / Inactive).
• 2.3. A participant has the right to receive 1 (one) coupon with a unique number for every 500 USD (five hundred US dollars) deposited, thereby increasing his/her chances of winning the prize.
• 2.4. To claim the prize, the participants of the Promotion must actively trade.
  • 2.4.1. The total amount of lots in the trading account participating in the Promotion must be at least 3 lots for every USD 500 (five hundred US dollars) deposited to the trading account and each coupon. If the total trade volume is less than 3 lots for every 500 USD (five hundred US dollars) deposited, the client’s coupons will be deactivated in accordance with the number of lots.
  • 2.4.2. The total amount of lots on the trading account participating in the Promotion will be taken into account from the start date of the Promotion to the end date of the Promotion.
• 2.5. There are no restrictions on the number of coupons for each participant. For example, if the Participant has deposited USD 3,000 (three thousand US dollars) and the total trade volume was 15 lots, only 5 of the 6 coupons available to the Participant will be active.
• 2.6. Any account with the total amount of withdrawals in the period of 60 (sixty) trading days from the moment of depositing funds to the contest account is less than half the deposited amount may participate in the Promotion. Within 60 (sixty) trading days from the moment of deposit, the Participant of the Promotion can withdraw the deposit without any limitations. If within 60 (sixty) trading days from the moment of deposit, the Participant of the Promotion withdraws the deposit, the coupons will be deactivated in accordance with the formula
  N = (Deposit - Withdrawal)/500
  where N is the number of active coupons, Deposit is the amount of funds deposited to the account, Withdrawal is the amount of withdrawn funds.
• 2.7. Coupons for existing clients
  • 2.7.1. As a bonus for loyalty to our company, all active Clients of the Company who have funds on their active trading accounts will also receive coupons in accordance with clauses 2.3-2.6. All current deposits made from January 1, 2017 year 00:00:00 until January 1, 2018 00:00:00, will be included in the calculation.
    For example: the amount of the client’s deposit for the specified period was $6400, the number of coupons that the client will receive is $6400 / $500 = 12.
  • 2.7.2. Coupons of the Company's existing Clients with funds in their trading accounts will be activated only if all the conditions of clauses 2.4 and 2.6 are met.
  • 2.7.3. To receive a coupon for a deposit made prior to the start of the Promotion, the Client of the Company must send the application using the form on the promotion page {url} or by contacting Tifia's support service with the help of online chat on tifia.com or by writing to support@tifia.com.
• 2.8. Coupon statuses
  • 2.8.1. After making a deposit to the trading account in one transaction in the amount of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars), the Participant's coupons by default are assigned Inactive status.
  • 2.8.2. Once a day, the system automatically checks all coupons.
  • 2.8.3. If the Participant has fulfilled all the conditions necessary to claim the prize, the coupon is assigned Active status.
  • 2.8.4. Only coupons with Active status can have the right to participate in the drawing.

3. Trading conditions

• 3.1. Participants can use trading advisers and trading strategies without restrictions.
• 3.2. When calculating the volume, only trades made with the Forex Major, Forex Crosses, Forex Minor groups instruments are taken into account.
• 3.3. When calculating the total trading volume, equity coefficient is used, i.e. only trading with the client's own funds is taken into account (minus the amount traded with the company's bonus funds).
• 3.4. For START (Micro) type accounts, the volume is 10 times larger.
• 3.5. When calculating the total amount of closed positions, the following is not taken into consideration: - deleted and canceled pending orders;
  - hedged positions; - full and partial locks (only the locked position will be included in the calculation, the locking one will not);
• 3.6. The participant at any time can change the type of their trading account to Swap-Free (and vice versa) by contacting the Technical Support.
• 3.7. All other trading conditions for participating accounts are similar to trading conditions for real trading accounts in the Company.

4. Selecting winners

• 4.1. The drawing will be generated by random determination of the winner's coupon number by means of a mechanical random number generator. The winning combination of the winner's coupon number will be determined by forming a random sequence of 7 numbers from 0 to 9. The main prize will go to the coupon whose number completely coincides with the generated number. This coupon becomes the winner of the Promotion.
  • 4.1.1. On Monday, December 31, 2018, the solemn ceremony of the main prize drawing will take place. The drawing is based on the coincidence of the winning combination received during the drawing with the number on the coupon.
  • 4.1.2. The place and time of the drawing will be announced on the official website of the company, as well as in the official social media posts of the Company and its Partners, a number of news portals and media.
  • 4.1.3. The drawing ceremony will be broadcast online on the official website of the company, as well as in the official social media posts of the Company and its Partners.
  • 4.1.4. Clients and partners of the company and other guests will be invited to the drawing ceremony.
• 4.2. In the event the generated number does not coincide with any of the numbers of coupons registered in the Promotion, the winner is the number following it, or the one preceding it.
• 4.3. If several coupons coincide with the generated number, the main prize will be given to the account holder with the largest deposit and the largest volume of closed trades.

5. Publication of results

• 5.1. The statistics of countries and regions of the Promotion participants may be published.
• 5.2. The account numbers of participants may be published.
• 5.3. The results of the contest will be published on www.tifia.com, as well as in official social media posts of the Company and the Company's Partners, a number of news portals and media.

6. Receiving a prize

• 6.1. The main prize of the Promotion is a Ferrari 488 GTB.
  
  • 6.1.1. The prize will be delivered to anywhere in the world as agreed with the winner.
  • 6.1.2. The Prize to the Winner of the Promotion will be awarded only upon presentation of a passport or other identity document (the personal data must coincide with the registration data indicated in the profile of the Tifia client) and the signing of the acceptance certificate indicating the following information: full name of the participant, date of birth, passport data, contact phone number with mandatory code of the locality. Failure to provide any of the above details automatically deprives the winner of the right to claim the prize.
  • 6.1.3. In case the Winner of the Promotion cannot receive the prize himself/herself, the acceptance certificate may be drawn up for another person on the basis of a notarized power of attorney from the winner.
  • 6.1.4. From the moment of receipt of the prize, the Winner of the Promotion is responsible for paying all taxes and other existing mandatory payments established by the current legislation.
  • 6.1.5. The cost of transporting the car to the winner's place of residence is incurred by the Organizer. However, the winner incurs expenses on taxes and customs duties.
  • 6.1.6. In exchange for the prize, the winner can choose an alternative prize - the amount of the cost of the prize won equal to 350,000 USD (three hundred and fifty thousand US dollars) credited to the trading account of the Client of the Company.
  • 6.1.7. Prize money can only be credited to fully verified clients.
  • 6.1.8. Prize funds can be withdrawn.
  • 6.1.9. The winner agrees that with any withdrawal of funds, the prize given is canceled in full.
• 6.2. Only a Participant with a completely verified client profile can receive the prize.
• 6.3. Winners of the Promotion shall agree with the Organizer by phone upon the date, time and place of receipt of the prize within 20 days after the announcement of the results of the Promotion and the drawing.
• 6.4. After determining the winning trading account, the Organizer shall check the information of the Participants, as well as the legality of their participation in the Promotion in accordance with clauses 2.1 to 2.6 of these rules. If any data is not genuine, and also if the Winner of the Promotion does not have the right to participate in the Promotion, the drawing is considered void.
• 6.5. In case of violation of the procedure for prize receipt (no passport, or expired passport, etc.), the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to give the prize.
• 6.6. Prizes can be received by winners in any office of the Company or Partners of the Company or be delivered anywhere in the world upon agreement with the winners.

7. Other conditions

• 7.1. The Organizer shall take measures to protect data and information related to the Promotion against unauthorized access and does not have to provide information related to the Promotion to third parties.
• 7.2. All disputes and disagreements that may arise in connection with the Promotion and its results shall be resolved through negotiations.
• 7.3. Participation in the Promotion automatically implies familiarization and full consent of the Participants with the terms and rules of the Promotion.
• 7.4. If the winner of the Promotion refuses to comply with all conditions and rules, their participation in the Promotion is subject to cancellation.
• 7.5. Tifia has the right to refuse handing / crediting the prize without explaining the reasons, as well as in case of suspicion of violation of the rules, or if the winner refuses to verify their profile and provide additional identification data in accordance with clauses 6.2 and 6.5.
• 7.6. Tifia has the right to change the terms of the contest at any time without special notice.
• 7.7. Tifia reserves the right to use the information associated with prize accounts for promotional purposes and publish it in any information sources. The winners of the competition are invited to participate in advertising and marketing events held by Tifia, such as interviews, photo and video reports, press releases in the media about the competition. At the same time, Tifia Group of Companies undertakes not to distribute personal data of the winners (including the name) without their consent. If the winner refuses to participate in these events, Tifia Group of Companies has the right to change the list of winners and give the prize to the participant who took the next place in the overall rating.
