Be on top affiliate contest rules

1. General Provisions

• 1.1 The organizer and sponsor of the "BE ON TOP" prize fund is Tifia Markets Limited.
• 1.2 The organizer shall post full updated information about the conditions and rules of the "BE ON TOP" contest on its official website contest page.
• 1.3 By registering in the "BE ON TOP" contest the participants automatically confirm that they have read and agreed with these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are deemed accepted at the moment of registration in the contest.
• 1.4 Individuals of the full legal age who are citizens of Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines, and who are Tifia Markets Limited partners, are eligible to participate in the contest.
• 1.5 The prizes of the "BE ON TOP" affiliate contest are:
  1st place: Toyota Camry
  2nd place: GPX Demon GR 150
  3d place: Yamaha NMAX
  4th place: Asus ZenBook Duo 5th–10th places: 1000 USD each
• 1.6 Tifia Markets Limited has the right to alter these terms and conditions of the contest at any time without any special notice.
• 1.7 Disputes arising during the contest period shall be resolved based on these terms and conditions of the main regulatory documents of Tifia Markets Limited. Situations not described by these terms and conditions can be resolved by negotiation, with the final decision on any dispute made by the Organizer of the "BE ON TOP" contest.
• 1.8 Tifia Markets Limited reserves the right to use information related to winners for promotional purposes and publish it in any sources. The contest winners are invited to participate in promotional and marketing events held by the organizer and its partners, such as interviews, photo and video reports and press releases about the contest. The organizer undertakes not to distribute personal data of the winners without their consent. In case the winner refuses to participate in these events and provide their personal data for promotional purposes, the organizer has the right to change the list of winners and give the prize to the participant who took the next place in the rating.

2. Registration and Participation Rules

• 2.1 "BE ON TOP" affiliate contest is held from 00:00:01 01.03.2020 to 23:59:59 30.12.2020 (Tifia trading server time shown in the terminal). Registration in the contest is available during all contest period.
• 2.2 All fully verified Tifia partners from Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines with active partner accounts are eligible to participate in the contest.
• 2.3 When registering in the contest, a partner must specify their partner UID and a nickname that will be displayed in the contest rating.
• 2.4 If you are not a Tifia partner but you would like to participate in the contest, you must first open a partner account with Tifia and get a partner UID before registering in the contest. Then you can register in the contest on this page and start working within the affiliate program with Tifia.
• 2.5 The rules for working on partner accounts participating in the contest are the terms of the Tifia Partner Agreement.

3. Determining the Winners

• 3.1 The winners will be determined based on the best performance of the partner in attracting new active clients to Tifia.
• 3.2 10 participants with the best results in the affiliate rating will be declared winners.
• 3.3 The rating for the "BE ON TOP" affiliate contest is calculated according to the following formula:
  Affiliate Rating = (NEW_TRADERS + (SUM_DPST - SUM_WDRW)/100) + (SUM_TradingVolume/5))
  where
  NEW_TRADERS is the amount of new active referrals* that were not registered previously and did not have a profile with Tifia, attracted by a partner during the contest period;
  SUM_DPST - is the total amount of all deposits made by the partner’s referrals during the contest period;
  SUM_WDRW - is the total amount of all withdrawals made by the partner’s referrals during the contest period;
  SUM_TradingVolume - is the total trading volume of the partner’s referrals during the contest period.
  * Active referral is a client who has fully verified his/her profile, made a deposit of at least 100 USD and conducted at least 5 trades in the last 2 weeks on one trading account.
  
• 3.4 Only the partners who have fulfilled the following conditions from the moment of their registration in the contest until its completion can be included in the list of winners and qualify for the prize:
  - attracted at least 10 active referrals,
  - total attracted deposits amount to no less than 5,000 USD;
  - the partner's referrals have traded at least 100 lots.
• 3.5 The contest rating is updated once a day.
• 3.6 If, according to the contest results, several participants have the same value of the Affiliate Rating, then a higher place will be awarded to the participant who attracted more active referrals during the contest period.
• 3.7 The organizer has the right to disqualify a participant from the rating or the list of winners without explanation. The reasons may include the following violations:
  - violation of these conditions of the promotion or any provisions of the main regulatory documents of the company;
  - suspicion of fraudulent activities with the aim of winning the prize;
  - suspicion of registration of several client profiles by one individual;
  - incorrect personal data indicated in the client profile and/or the absence of full profile verification;
  - suspicion of auto referral (attaching to referral group the partner his/her own trading accounts/fake accounts/relatives accounts);
  - suspicion of fake referral registrations, accumulating trading volumes using locked positions or other rating manipulations.
• 3.8 The final list of winners will be formed after they are thoroughly checked for compliance with these conditions 5 working days after the end of the contest.

4. Awarding

• 4.1 The awarding will be take place at the gala dinner, which will be organized in the winner's country within 2 months after the end of the contest. All participants will be invited to this event.
• 4.2 The date and venue of the gala dinner will be communicated to all participants one month in advance.
• 4.3 Officials and employees of Tifia, as well as their relatives cannot participate in this contest.
• 4.4 Tifia has the right to request additional ID information from participants and winners.
• 4.5 The first three prizes are tangible objects and cannot be exchanged for other items, services or cash. Prizes of 4-10 places are real money that will be credited to the partner account of the participant and can be transferred to trading accounts or withdrawn without restrictions.
• 4.5 Tifia does not provide technical support and insurance for the prizes and is not responsible for any issues related to the condition of the prize or its transportation.
• 4.5 Tifia is not responsible for the payment of taxes / fees for registering the car and motorcycle, as well as environmental fees.
